Welcome to the West Essex FC 2010 website.

Please take time to read below about the changes we have made:

New look and feel
- We have a new template with (we think) a much better appearance to the site, and it also allows us more flexibility in how the pages are displayed.
- More professional, so we will recieve more hits, which leads to more sponsorship and advertising, leading to more revenue for the club.

More secure
- We have a new system for registering our users, and this will also give each memeber a profile.  In your profile page you can update you photo, and see if you have been sent any messages.  It also gives management the chance to notify you if anything is outstanding or required from you.
- Using "Captcha" verification images to prevent
- Due to us using this new system you will have to re-register on the new site.

'Sponsor us'section
- Through the magic of paypal, we have a shopping cart feature where potential sponsors can add various items to their basket and pay directly into our account through the website.
- Not limited to sponsors, friends or family will be able to purchase items for a player as a gift.

Member features
Once logged in, a number of addtional site pages are unlocked, found under the "Players Area" on the main menu.
- IMPORTANT!  Declaring your availability in advance.  Instructions are on the page, please let us know as far in advance as possible when you will be in or out for matches, and also at training.
- Payment of match/yearly subscriptions.  Again done through paypal, and transactions will appear in your profile page for a recorded history.
- Forum.  For less important notifications and banter.

What you can see without logging in:
- News and Annoucments
- Game details, location, opposition and anything else the manager wants to inform you of.
- Team stats - League tables, goal scorers, player points accumulated.
- Club info
- Sponsorship information
