The committee have spent some time considering the bonus structure. It has to be fair and accessible to all. It also has to reward top performers but not to the detriment of the club’s finances.

The process will use a “Fantasy Football” style points system which will run on the web-site. Players will be paid cash bonuses when / if they reach certain milestones throughout the season.

100 Points £20
150 points £30
200 points £40

Points can be accumulated as follows:

Clean Sheet (Defenders & GK) 20pts
Goal 10pts
Assist 10pts
Yellow Card -5pts
Red Card -15pts

A man of the match poll will be carried out after every game. Players will be nominated by their team-mates. In the event of a draw, the Gaffer(s) have the casting vote. Man of the Match plays for free the following week.
